Monaco’s newest hidden gem, La Vigie Zanoni celebrates Chef Simone Zanoni’s sun-kissed, Mediterranean, and socially conscious cuisine, inspired by his Italian roots and his contemporary vision of gastronomy. Here, the Italian Dolce Vita is celebrated with signature dishes and generous recipes meant to be shared, in a sun-drenched setting adorned with lemons and bees, from lunch through dinner, in a warm and musical atmosphere.

Chef Simone Zanoni, trained at Europe’s leading establishments, notably distinguished himself at the helm of the Michelin-starred restaurant Le George, where he showcases refined and vibrant Mediterranean cuisine. Through his various culinary projects, Chef Zanoni shares a common philosophy: to elevate Italian flavors with sincerity, seasonality, and emotion.

Accessible via a path through the pine forest, it can also be reached by boat thanks to its private dock, offering an ideal gourmet stopover during a day of yachting.

La Vigie Zanoni restaurant offers Italian cuisine that highlights seasonal ingredients and high-quality products, with a special focus on seafood and reimagined Italian classics.

Signature dishes include tuna crudo with strawberries, arancini, and several pasta dishes from the Zanoni repertoire, such as tortellini carbonara, ravioli with braised veal shoulder, and ravioli with three types of ricotta.

At lunch, the menu features fresh, vibrant flavors through a selection of dishes designed for sharing.
